Star performer awards at Holbeach Meadows

At Holbeach Meadows we value our team members and all their hard work. To recognise those who have gone above and beyond in their role Gemma Woodcock Home Manager presents her star performer awards each quarter.

The team members who have received this award are, Sarah Marshall, activities co-ordinator, for the huge contribution and difference she has made to the home and the resident’s quality of life with her varied activity programme.

Wendy Maltby, housekeeper, for her excellent work ethic, can do attitude and commitment.

Tammy Crouch, senior care assistant, for developing her knowledge and skills.

Martin Johnson, front of house manager, for his hard work and commitment.
